The basis to create the best offer is to get as much information as possible from You. First of all, what is the major business of your company, your company’s corporate logo, name and date of the Trade Fair you would like to visit, products on exhibition, exhibition space and at least a basic idea of the booth.

Based on your information and requirements, we will prepare the architectural design of your stand in the 3D images and presentation including the quotation.

When you like our project, but still it does not meet your ideas, we will adjust it to your needs. Meaning design, layout, look, overall functionality or required price budget.

We also provide approval of technical documents from the event Administration, ordering technical connections and services (hostesses, interpreters, advertising at the fair, preparation of printed leaflets …)

A few weeks before the trade show we produce and prepare all equipment to transfer to the trade show site.

A few days before the trade show we are building the booth in the fairground from the preparing elements. At the time we agreed we handover the complete booth to you.
